The terms for using this website and registering for Safety Talk courses.
The information on this website is for general guidance. We work to keep it accurate, but courses, dates, fees and services can change. Please confirm details with your branch or partner before you register or pay.
You must give true details that match your ID, Iqama or passport. Your registration is confirmed only after Safety Talk Head Office approves it. A wrong name or number can delay or cancel your certificate.
Fees are set per course and are paid to the branch or partner you register with, through the methods they offer. Certificates and ID cards are released after the fee is paid and the required marks are recorded.
A Safety Talk certificate or ID card shows that the holder completed the course with Safety Talk. Where a course is delivered or awarded together with an external awarding organisation, that organisation's rules apply to its qualification. Each certificate carries a number and a QR code for verification.
Safety Talk may pause or withdraw a certificate, for example when a fee is unpaid or details are found to be false. A paused certificate does not verify until it is resumed.
Employers, project owners and authorities decide which certificates they accept. We cannot promise acceptance by any particular employer or country. Please check requirements before you book.
Do not share your sign-in details, copy or change a certificate, or use another person's details. We may refuse or cancel a registration, or remove a certificate, if these terms are broken.
In some locations, training and services are delivered through local partners within the scope of their own licences and approvals. See our Disclaimer.
To the extent the law allows, Safety Talk is not responsible for actions taken during or after training that are outside the scope of the certificate, or for losses that come from relying on information on this website without confirming it. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Questions: info@safetytalkworld.com.
