Safety Talk operates as an independent third-party provider of workplace safety training, HSE support and related industrial services.
Certain training programmes, professional qualifications, assessments and certificates may be delivered, administered or awarded in collaboration with external awarding organisations, accredited partners or authorised service providers.
Safety Talk does not represent itself as a government authority, statutory regulator or government accreditation body.
All external qualifications and certifications remain subject to the rules, approval requirements and verification procedures of their respective awarding organisations. OSHAS is a separate organisation from OSHA, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and an OSHAS certificate is not a US government certificate.
The recognition and acceptance of a training certificate or qualification may vary depending on the country, employer, project owner, regulatory authority and applicable industry requirements.
Services are provided only within the scope of applicable licences, authorisations, accreditations and contractual arrangements. In Saudi Arabia and Pune, training and services are coordinated with local partners within the scope of their own licences and approvals.
Clients and learners are encouraged to verify relevant approvals and qualification details before registration or engagement.
