How Safety Talk collects, uses and protects personal information.
Safety Talk is an independent third-party workplace safety and HSE services provider. Our head office is in Delhi and we have a branch in Dubai. In Saudi Arabia and Pune we work with local partners. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us on this website and in the Safety Talk portal.
We ask only for what the course and the certificate need. Each document is used for one of these purposes.
Your details are seen by Safety Talk Head Office and by the branch or partner you register with. We do not sell your information. We share it with others only when the law requires it or when you ask us to.
Anyone who has your certificate or card number can check it on our verification page. That page shows only your name, course, certificate number, dates and photo. It never shows your ID, Iqama or passport number, phone number or documents.
Uploaded documents are stored privately, outside the public part of the website, and can be opened only by signed-in staff. Staff accounts are protected by passwords, sign-in limits and automatic sign-out. Secure HTTPS is used for all pages.
We keep your information for as long as it is needed to issue and verify your certificate, handle renewals and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you, where the law allows.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@safetytalkworld.com. Deletion may not be possible while a certificate you hold must remain verifiable or while the law requires us to keep a record.
The website and portal use only the small files needed to keep you signed in and to remember small settings, such as whether you closed the brochure pop-up. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to the country where you register, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act where they apply.
